Thank you for choosing Tongflow. We want you to be fully satisfied with our AI creation platform.
However, due to the nature of AI compute resources and digital services, we have established the following refund policy.
1. Standard Refund Window
We offer a standard 14-day money-back guarantee for all new credit pack purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
2. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Because AI generation consumes significant and irreversible compute infrastructure costs, we cannot offer full refunds if you have heavily utilized the platform.
Your refund request will be DENIED if you meet any of the following conditions within the 14-day window:
- You have consumed more than 20% of your allocated monthly Creation Credits.
- You have generated more than 50 AI models/assets or executed more than 50 workflows.
- You have previously received a refund from Tongflow within the past 12 months.
If you have consumed credits but remain under the 20% threshold, we reserve the right to offer a prorated refund based on the resources expended.
3. Additional Credit Pack Purchases
Refunds are not guaranteed for additional credit pack purchases made after the initial purchase. Credits are added to your account immediately and can be used at any time — they never expire.
If you made an accidental purchase and notify us within 3 days, we may issue a refund provided that no credits from that pack have been consumed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your account email address, billing invoice number, and the reason for your refund request.
Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
