Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
They don't — TongFlow has none. You pay providers for what you generate, at their prices, on your own accounts. The studio is a flat $2.99 a month.
What will providers actually charge me?
Their list prices, on your accounts, fully visible in their dashboards. Text can be effectively free on OpenRouter's free routes; image, video, and audio models vary by provider. GPU plugins run on your Modal account, whose free tier includes real GPU time every month.
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 7 days of the full cloud — no card required. After that, start a 7-day free trial (card required); it's $2.99 a month after the trial, cancel anytime.
Can I cancel? What happens to my work?
Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your provider accounts and keys were always yours, and because the core is open source, you can self-host the same canvas whenever you like. No lock-in.
Do you see or use my keys?
Keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only to execute your tasks against your providers. The deployer uses your Modal token once to set up your executor and does not store it.
Is $2.99 the launch price?
Yes — and early subscribers keep it.
Can I use the results commercially?
Your workflows and outputs are yours. Individual model providers' terms apply to what their models generate — the same terms you'd have calling them directly.
